We do not sell or share your details. Your address is used only to look up public hazard, code and zoning data for your lot.

What happens next

We run the Fit Check on your address: wind, snow, seismic, flood, frost gates and the state's rule on unstamped plans.
You get an email with your lane: prescriptive, licensed review, or not yet served.
If you want the $49 feasibility report (zoning fit and your town's submittal list, credited toward a set), reply and we send a payment link once we open your state.
When your state opens for orders, you are first in line.

Builders and kit sellers

Repeat designs adapted per lot, each with its own compliance report and one review round: $299 a month plus $750 per lot. Email us with the number of lots a year, the towns, and what you pay for drawings today, and we will set up a 20-minute call.

Sites outside the code's prescriptive limits need a licensed review at added cost. You, or your builder, submit the permit application; your building official decides what is accepted.
