Every plan is drawn inside the catalog design envelope (ground snow to 50 psf, wind to 130 mph, seismic A-C, frost to 48 in, climate zone 5A) and ships with a code compliance report. Choose the PDF or CAD set as a design document, or have the plan re-run for your address. We are in the waitlist phase and not taking paid orders yet.
Catalog plans are not sealed and were not prepared by a licensed architect or engineer. Your building department may require a licensed review; see each plan page and the plan licence.
